The rooftop lounge was lovely and the location is unbeatable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The terrace has an incredible view and the amenities are nice. They provide many Yukata choices and self-serve free drinks.
Nothing negative to say.

Great stay on Miyajima island! the hotel location was perfect, just in front of the sea and hiking trails. the Japanese food served was heavenly and they offered a massage chair in the room which was a great bonus after long day meetings. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even arranged transportation to the ferry terminal.
The rooms were a bit noisy due to the street location, and the bathroom facilities needed some maintenance.

We had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel! The location right on the waterfront was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily walk to and from the ferry. From our beautifully appointed rooms, we had amazing views of the water and the iconic floating torii gate. The sitting areas, including a massage chair, provided enhanced comfort and relaxation. The dinner served in our room was a culinary delight, and the breakfast in the dining hall was equally delicious. The futon was amazingly comfortable, and the selection of pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
This place is truly a gem and we highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects include the central location, allowing us to easily explore the city. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The onsen was a true Japanese ryokan experience and we loved the terraces and free beverages. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Wonderful traditional Japanese experience with a stunning view of the shoreline. Enjoyed a 13-course dinner in our room and had a massage chair by the window. The immersive experience allowed us to sleep on the floor, wear a kimono, and experience the hot spring waters. Highly recommended for cleanliness, delicious local food, and attentive service. The hotel is right by the sea and offers a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The location of this hotel is not bad if you like to be in a busy and touristy area, but it's not perfect. There are plenty of things to see and do nearby, including shopping and dining. the rooms are clean, but nothing special. Breakfast is better than expected, but the service is just OK. It's a good option if you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay.
The hotel lacks peace and quiet -- expect to be kept up at night by the noise of passing traffic and people outside.

Great amenities and location. The hotel provided a lovely indoor terrace where I could enjoy free coffee and relax. The traditional Japanese food they served was exquisite, featuring local ingredients and pesticide-free produce. the hotel's proximity to the shoreline and nearby attractions made it an ideal spot for my city trip.
While the onsen facilities onsite were clean and comfortable, I found the room to be on the smaller side. Although it was suitable for a solo traveler like me, those traveling with a companion may find it tight.
